Before your property can be placed on the market you will need to have a EPC (Energy performance certificate) which we will be able to assist you in arranging.

A proactive marketing programme will then be implemented to ensure your property receives maximum exposure. We will ensure the best possible photography of your property is done to make that essential first impression count.

All viewings of your property will be accompanied and carried out seven days a week and evenings subject to your acceptance of times.

Once we have an agreed offer we will write to both parties to confirm the price and prepare a memorandum of sale. At this point we will ask you to confirm your solicitor’s details.

After your solicitor has been appointed they will send a draft contract to the solicitor representing the buyer who will carry out preliminary enquiries. At this stage a date for the survey of your property can be agreed, as well as a provisional date for exchange of contracts and a proposed date for completion. Throughout the process we will be there every step of the way to help and assist you.
