Managing your own property or one of your investments can be a stressful experience. We aim to provide a professional and comprehensive service. When representing a property we want to offer complete peace of mind that the property is being well looked after and the tenant is fulfilling there contractual obligations.

From the initial check-in procedure where we will ensure the tenant’s expectations are met through to their departure where we will certify the condition is as it was prior to their occupation. Within the contract we have a regular inspection clause to ensure both the landlord and tenant are not being neglected. Before our management service starts we would advise looking in to obtaining landlords insurance which we can assist in arranging. Before the tenant moves in we will arrange to have the necessary EPC and gas safety certificate’s in place and all prospective tenants are subject to thorough reference procedures. 

 

Our service covers every aspect of the tenant’s contract :-

 

1)  Pre-check property before check-in.

2)  Check new tenant into property with independent inventory clerk.

3)  Arrange deposit protection.

4)  Have tenant sign and agree to condition.

5)  Set up monthly rent payments to desired landlord account.

6)  Provide tenant with contact details for any enquiries.

7)  Provide tenant with contact details for any emergency.

8)  Arrange regular onsite inspections.

9)  Cover all management concerns from the tenant.

10) On departure arrange independent check-out procedure.

11) Ensure property has been professionally cleaned.

12) Return deposit subject to condition.


 

Our management service is available to landlords at any stage of the tenancy whether it be for the duration of the contract or if you require a shorter period when you will not be easily contactable.
